These can vary from affordable concrete tiles to expensive clay tiles with many different benefits between them both.

Flat roofing

When flat roofing our team use GRP (Glass reinforced plastic). This is a fantastic option as not only does it look smart and neat when finished it also has a great lasting life. Not to mention if been used on a balcony or somewhere  people may be walking chippings can be added for extra grip so no slips or falls occur.

Warm roofs

Some properties have the issue of hot air escaping through the roof therefore meaning the house is constantly cold and losing heat at an alarming rate.

Our team have a great solution of using a product called TLX gold. This product not only acts as insulation but also is a breathable felt on top acting as a 3 in one. As it also has foil on the underneath side.

This is a fantastic option for keeping your roof warm and dry all in one go.

Dry ridges and verge

This is a great alternative to having cement verges and ridges.

Not only is it maintenance free when installed but used on new tiles can create a pleasing and professional look.

It also provides the benefit of a much faster installation appose to the cement counterpart.

Lead work

Traditional leadwork is an essential part of older and heritage buildings. As well as nearly all modern day buildings too. Our team carry out all types of leadwork, including Flashings, Chimneys, Valleys and Box gutters.

All leadwork is treated with patination oil to protect the lead and help it last as long as possible. Lead can be expected to last over 80 years which makes it a fantastic long term solution.
